Fan ARCTIC F14 PWM PST CO 140mm
The ARCTIC F14 PWM PST CO 140mm is a case fan built for continuous operation and reliable cooling in desktop systems. It uses a dual ball bearing for extended durability and supports PWM Sharing Technology (PST) to adjust speed across multiple fans based on system demand. Rated for 12 V operation, the fan covers a speed range from 200 to 1350 RPM and delivers an airflow of 126 m³/h while maintaining a low noise level of 0.5 sone.
The dual ball bearing design increases lifespan under continuous loads and reduces maintenance needs. PWM Sharing Technology (PST) allows synchronized speed control with compatible Arctic headers for efficient cooling and quieter operation. A broad RPM range provides a balance between airflow and acoustic performance, and the compact 140 mm form factor fits standard case mounts.
Install the ARCTIC F14 PWM PST CO into a compatible 140 mm fan mounting location in the case, aligning the airflow direction with your system’s cooling layout. Connect the fan to a 4-pin PWM header on the motherboard or to an Arctic PST-compatible header to enable automatic speed control. Ensure the voltage supply is 12 V and secure the fan with the provided screws or compatible fasteners. Route the cable to avoid contact with moving parts and test operation before closing the case.
For optimal results, use the F14 PWM PST CO in combination with Arctic-compatible PST headers to allow synchronized PWM control across multiple fans. Regularly check for dust buildup and clean the fan blades to maintain airflow and quiet operation. If used in high-dust environments, consider periodic maintenance intervals.
The PWM function allows the motherboard to run the fan precisely at its necessary speed. This guarantees the required cooling and minimizes the noise level.

The ARCTIC F14 PWM PST CO fan is well known for high airflow at a comfortable noise level. The real improvement is the motor and controller. Our German engineers made this fan work at lower speed when performance is not needed. Often motherboards don't provide PWM signals below 40% and thus make PCs unnecessarily loud — not so with the F14 PWM PST CO.

If you want to improve the cooling efficiency of your computer you get several case fans working in parallel (since it takes 10 fans to double the noise level). But what does it help if they don't work together? The PST ensures that all of your fans listen to one control signal. For example, you share the CPU cooler's PWM signal and ensure that your case fans stand down at low load and spin up whenever necessary.

The innovative design of the fan blades improves the airflow and enables highly efficient ventilation. The impeller was designed with a focus on minimizing noise while delivering the desired airflow and pressure.

The premium-quality Japanese dual ball bearing allows continuous 24/7 operation without compromising performance. Dust and high temperature affect this bearing much less than generic sleeve or single-ball bearings, making it the perfect choice when reliability is key. The CO case fan's lifespan is up to 5 times longer compared to models using a generic bearing.
