Swimming Front-Mount Snorkel ARENA RURKA CZOŁOWA SWIM SNORKEL III
Swimming Front-Mount Snorkel ARENA RURKA CZOŁOWA SWIM SNORKEL III
The ARENA Front-Mount Swim Snorkel SWIM SNORKEL III is a pool training accessory designed to position the breathing tube at the centre of the head, enabling continuous face-in-water breathing during drills and sets. Built for swim training and technique development, it allows swimmers to focus on stroke alignment, body balance and leg kick without the interruption of turning to breathe. The snorkel is intended for use in pools by coaches and athletes working on endurance, rhythm and stroke mechanics.
The front-mount configuration keeps the mouthpiece steady and aligned, reducing head rotation and helping maintain a consistent body position. By allowing uninterrupted breathing, the snorkel supports concentrated technique work and more efficient drill repetitions. The design is compatible with standard swim caps and goggles and is suitable for repeated use in regular training sessions.
Place the snorkel so the breathing tube sits along the centreline of the head and secure the head strap to achieve a snug but comfortable fit. Insert the mouthpiece and ensure a water-tight seal before starting exercises. Breathe normally through the snorkel while maintaining face-in-water position and focus on stroke rhythm, alignment and leg kick. After use, rinse the snorkel with fresh water and allow it to air dry to prolong material life.
Use the snorkel during technique-focused sets and drills at moderate intensity to maximize body alignment benefits. Begin with short intervals to adapt to face-in-water breathing and gradually increase duration as comfort improves. Regularly check and adjust the head strap for a secure fit and inspect the mouthpiece for wear.
