Binding Thermal Covers ARGO PRESTIGE A4 18 mm red, 50 pcs (model 429184)
ARGO PRESTIGE thermal binding covers for A4 documents are red, 18 mm spine covers supplied in a pack of 50. Designed for use with thermal binding machines, these covers provide a leather-like appearance and a secure spine suitable for binding documents with a thickness of up to 18 mm. They are intended to produce neat, professional-looking reports, booklets and presentations with a durable outer finish.
These thermal covers combine a textured, leather-like surface with a rigid spine that activates in thermal binding systems to hold pages firmly. The red finish offers a consistent, uniform look for multiple copies while the 18 mm spine accepts several dozen sheets depending on paper weight. Supplied in a 50-piece pack, the covers are convenient for routine office, school or print-shop use and are compatible with standard A4 thermal binders.
Place the pages to be bound in the correct order, insert them into the thermal cover so the spine aligns with the page edge, and position the assembly in the thermal binding machine according to the machine manufacturer’s instructions. Activate the machine to heat the spine adhesive; allow the cover to cool while keeping the document in the holder to ensure the adhesive sets evenly. Remove the finished booklet once cooled and check the spine for full adhesion.
For best results, use paper weights and sheet counts that match the 18 mm spine capacity and follow your thermal binding machine’s temperature and cycle recommendations. Allow sufficient cooling time before handling bound documents to ensure a secure bond and a flat finish.
