Description

The Armac O/650F/LCD is a line-interactive Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) designed for office and home use to protect personal computers, laptops, routers, switches and other small IT devices. It delivers 0.65 kVA output power with a sine waveform, includes an LCD for monitoring operating parameters, and has a compact black housing with two Type F AC outlets.

Advantages

The UPS provides real-time information via an integrated LCD, showing input/output voltages, battery and load levels and current operating mode. Microprocessor control enables automatic voltage regulation and fast response to undervoltage, overvoltage, surges, power interruptions and overloads while protecting the battery from deep discharge. The unit also supports automatic restart after mains recovery and automatic battery charging in standby. Built-in RJ-45 surge protection for telephone/IT lines and a USB port allow additional connectivity and control, and PowerManager software enables remote monitoring, notifications and safe automatic shutdown of connected systems.

How to use

Install the UPS on a stable, flat surface with adequate ventilation. Connect critical equipment to the two Type F AC outlets and plug the UPS into the mains. Use the LCD to verify input/output voltages, battery level and operating mode. For networked monitoring and controlled shutdowns, connect the USB port to a management computer and install the PowerManager software. Configure RJ-45 line protection for telephony or network lines as required. The UPS will switch to battery power automatically during mains disturbances and will restart automatically after mains recovery.

Usage recommendations

Place the UPS away from heat sources and liquids, perform periodic battery checks and allow the unit to charge for several hours before first use. Use the PowerManager software to set automatic save and shutdown rules for critical systems to prevent data loss during extended outages.
