Remove the required number of balloons from the pack. Fit a balloon onto the nozzle of the handheld pump and hold the balloon neck securely while pumping air into it. Inflate each balloon to the desired size, taking care not to overinflate to avoid bursting. Tie the neck of each balloon securely once inflated.
