How to use

Preheat the glass carafe with hot water, discard the water, add coarsely ground coffee (approximately 15–20 g for 350 ml), pour hot water just off the boil, stir gently, place the lid with the plunger raised and let steep for about 3–4 minutes. Press the plunger slowly and evenly to separate the grounds, then pour the brewed coffee into a cup.
