Motherboard ASRock E3C252D4U Intel C252 micro ATX LGA 1200, 4x DDR4 DIMM, max 32 GB, M.2, SATA, RAID5, Intel I210
The Asrock E3C252D4U Intel C252 LGA 1200 micro ATX motherboard is designed for compact systems that require server-grade stability with workstation capabilities. Based on the Intel C252 chipset and compatible with Intel® Xeon® processors using the LGA 1200 socket, this Micro ATX board supports up to 32 GB of DDR4-SDRAM across four DIMM slots. It includes M.2 and SATA storage interfaces and integrated management and graphics features suitable for business, development, and light server tasks.
This motherboard combines a micro ATX footprint with an Intel C252 chipset to provide reliable platform features and expandability in constrained chassis. Support for Intel® Xeon® processors and four DDR4 memory slots allows stable operation under multithreaded workloads. Integrated ASPEED AST2500 graphics and an Intel I210 Gigabit Ethernet controller provide essential remote-management and network connectivity without additional cards. Onboard M.2 and SATA interfaces plus RAID 0/1/5/10 support enable flexible storage configurations and data redundancy options.
Install the motherboard into a compatible micro ATX chassis, secure it on standard standoffs, and connect a compatible LGA 1200 Intel® Xeon® processor following the socket installation procedure. Populate DDR4 DIMMs across the four memory slots to meet platform guidelines and connect power, storage devices (M.2 and SATA), and front-panel headers. Configure RAID arrays in the motherboard BIOS or RAID utility when using multiple drives. Install an appropriate operating system with drivers for the Intel chipset, ASPEED graphics, and Intel I210 network adapter to enable full functionality.
For reliable performance, use ECC-capable DDR4 modules if supported by the chosen Intel® Xeon® processor and verify memory population rules in the manual. Ensure adequate cooling in micro ATX cases and use quality power supply units. Keep the BIOS and network/management firmware up to date to maintain compatibility and security.
