Monitor ASUS ROG Strix XG27UCGR 27" 4K UHD (3840×2160) Fast IPS, 1 ms, 400 cd/m², VESA, Black
The ASUS ROG Strix XG27UCGR is a 27" 4K Ultra HD (3840×2160) Fast IPS gaming monitor designed for high-resolution gaming, content creation and detailed desktop work. It offers a dual-mode display that runs at native 4K with high refresh up to 162 Hz or switches to a Full HD mode up to 485 Hz for esports scenarios, with a very low response time and adaptive-sync compatibility.
This monitor combines a high-resolution 27" Fast IPS panel with fast response and versatile refresh modes, enabling both detailed 4K visuals and ultra-high-frame-rate competitive play. ASUS visual technologies improve color gradation and reduce motion artifacts, while USB Type-C with DisplayPort Alt Mode simplifies connectivity. Adjustable ergonomics and VESA support add installation flexibility.
If you need an integrated USB hub or built-in speakers, this model does not include those features. Also, achieving 4K at the highest refresh rates requires a powerful graphics card and sufficient system bandwidth; users with older or lower-end GPUs may not be able to take full advantage of the 4K 162 Hz or FHD 485 Hz modes.
Place the monitor on a stable surface or mount it using a VESA-compatible arm or bracket. Use the included stand to adjust height for comfortable viewing. Connect your PC or console via DisplayPort or HDMI for high-resolution input, or use the USB Type-C port (DP Alt Mode) for single-cable video and power-capable connections where supported. For competitive play, switch to the FHD high-refresh mode via the hotkey or on-screen menu; for detailed work or immersive visuals, use the native 4K mode. Adjust brightness, color presets and ELMB/VRR settings through the on-screen display or ASUS DisplayWidget Center software.
For best results in 4K workflows, use DisplayPort or a compatible USB-C connection with a capable GPU. Switch to the FHD 485 Hz mode for esports sessions to minimize latency, and enable ELMB SYNC with adaptive sync when available to reduce motion blur and tearing.

Energy efficiency class is a standard classification that is used all over Europe and which is understandable at first sight. Products can be efficiently compared according to classes, starting from A (the most energy efficient class), and ending with G (the most energy-intensive class). The classification of energy efficiency is based on annual energy consumption which is being calculated on the basis of several different parameters.
