The ASUS Hyper M.2 x16 Gen 4 is an internal PCIe expansion card that provides four M.2 slots (2242/2260/2280/22110) for NVMe SSDs and supports up to 256 Gbps total bandwidth. Compatible with PCIe 4.0 and 3.0 devices, the card is designed for use with AMD TRX40/X570 platforms for PCIe 4.0 NVMe RAID and with Intel platforms that offer RAID-on-CPU functionality. The adapter includes an active cooling fan, a large heatsink and an upgraded power delivery capable of supplying up to 14 W per drive to maintain performance under load.
