Avent Philips AVENT Pacifier SCF376/28 Ultra Air Nighttime, Classic Orthodontic Silicone Nipple

Philips AVENT Ultra Air Nighttime pacifier SCF376/28 is a classic orthodontic silicone soother designed for nighttime comfort. The ultra-air shield with extra-large airholes reduces contact between the shield and a baby’s skin to improve airflow and help prevent irritation. The pacifier also glows in the dark to make it easy to find during night feeds or soothing, and the silicone teat is shaped to support natural oral development.

Advantages

The Ultra Air Nighttime pacifier combines a lightweight, ventilated shield with an orthodontic silicone teat that aims to encourage correct tongue positioning. Its large airholes increase breathability around the mouth, while the glow-in-the-dark feature helps parents locate the pacifier in low light. The product is partly plant-based and comes with a sterilising carrying case for hygienic storage and travel.

Suitable for

• Soothing infants during the night
• Parents who need a pacifier that is easy to locate in the dark
• Babies requiring an orthodontic-shaped teat for oral development
• Use at home and during travel thanks to the sterilising carrying case

When it may not be suitable

This pacifier may not be suitable for caregivers who prefer non-glowing or fully synthetic materials, as this model includes a glow-in-the-dark element and is described as partly plant-based. It may also be unsuitable for infants who reject silicone teats or have specific medical advice against pacifier use.

How to use

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm that the orthodontic silicone teat is acceptable for your child’s age and feeding needs
• Decide whether a glow-in-the-dark feature is desirable for night use
• Check for any medical or pediatrician advice regarding pacifier use

Usage recommendations

Regularly inspect the pacifier for wear and tear, replace it if any damage is found, and follow cleaning and sterilisation instructions to maintain hygiene. Use the glow-in-the-dark feature as an aid to find the pacifier at night, but do not rely on it for safety monitoring.
