The Avision AN360W is an A4 automatic document feeder (ADF) scanner designed for office environments that require fast, reliable scanning of documents, business cards and plastic ID cards. It provides duplex scanning at up to 60 pages per minute using a CIS sensor with 600 x 600 dpi optical resolution, a 100-sheet ADF and a maximum supported scan area up to 242 x 356 mm. How to use

Load a stack of documents into the 100-sheet ADF, adjust guides for width and use the 8" LCD touch screen to select a destination or assign a shortcut for frequent tasks. For plastic ID cards or thick media, place them in the feeder individually following the feed guides. Choose scan settings such as resolution, colour depth and duplex on the screen or via TWAIN from a connected PC. Send scanned files directly to email, a cloud service, a shared folder (CIFS), FTP server or save to a USB flash drive.

Usage recommendations

Use the ultrasonic multi-feed detection for standard paper batches and disable it when scanning documents with labels or taped receipts. Regularly clean the CIS sensor and feed rollers and avoid inserting excessively damaged or folded documents to maintain feed reliability and image quality.
