AWTools Hydraulic Press 12T, Working Range 150-603mm
The AWTools 12T hydraulic press is a professional-grade workshop tool engineered for demanding metalworking tasks, including pressing, bending, and straightening. With a robust 12-ton capacity and a versatile working range of 150-603 mm, this press offers the precision and force required for complex mechanical operations. Its heavy-duty construction ensures long-term durability and stability, making it a reliable asset for automotive repair shops and industrial maintenance facilities.
This hydraulic press stands out due to its high-pressure capacity and adjustable working table, which allows for flexible positioning of workpieces of various sizes. The sturdy frame design minimizes deflection under load, ensuring consistent results during repetitive tasks. Its intuitive operation makes it suitable for both professional mechanics and experienced DIY enthusiasts who require a dependable solution for removing or installing bearings, bushings, and other press-fit components.
This tool is not intended for high-volume industrial production lines that require automated or continuous cycle pressing. It is also not suitable for tasks exceeding its 12-ton pressure limit or for items that do not fit within the specified 150-603 mm working range.
To operate the press, ensure it is placed on a level and stable surface. Adjust the working table to the desired height within the 150-603 mm range to accommodate your workpiece. Place the item securely on the table, ensuring it is centered under the ram. Close the release valve and operate the pump handle to apply pressure gradually. Monitor the pressure gauge to avoid exceeding the rated capacity. Once the task is complete, slowly open the release valve to retract the ram and remove the workpiece.
Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and gloves, when operating the press. Regularly inspect the hydraulic system for leaks and ensure all bolts are tightened to maintain structural integrity. Never exceed the maximum pressure rating to prevent equipment damage or injury.
