AWTOOLS AW01015 safety face shield 200 g
The AWTOOLS AW01015 safety face shield 200 g is a lightweight protective visor designed to shield the face and eyes from flying particles and splashing liquids. The transparent polycarbonate visor delivers first optical class clarity with no distortion and is replaceable to extend service life. The unit includes an adjustable headgear and forehead band; circumference is set using a dial knob for a secure fit on a wide range of head sizes. Two universal adapters allow attachment to most common safety helmets. The face shield is manufactured in Poland and meets PN-EN 166:2005 safety standards.
The polycarbonate transparent visor offers high impact resistance and clear vision, classified as first optical class for minimal visual distortion. Replaceable visor design reduces long-term costs and simplifies maintenance. Adjustable headgear, forehead band and dial-adjusted circumference provide individual fit and comfortable wear during extended use. Universal helmet adapters increase compatibility with existing head protection systems. Compliance with PN-EN 166:2005 ensures conformity with recognized safety requirements.
Before use, inspect the visor for scratches, cracks or contamination and replace it if damaged. Fit the headgear on the head, position the forehead band comfortably, and use the dial knob to adjust the circumference until the shield is secure but not tight. Lower the visor to cover the face and eyes fully. If attaching to a safety helmet, mount the two universal adapters to the helmet according to the adapter instructions and secure the face shield in place. Clean the visor with a soft, lint-free cloth and mild detergent to avoid scratching; store in a dry place when not in use.
Use the AWTOOLS AW01015 face shield together with appropriate eye or respiratory protection if task hazards require combined protection. Replace the visor promptly if optical clarity is reduced or if the visor is mechanically damaged. Follow workplace safety procedures and PN-EN 166:2005 guidance for selection and maintenance of eye and face protection.
