Vehicle jack/stand AWTools AW19805, 3.5 kg, portable car jack and stand

AWTools AW19805 is a compact vehicle jack and stand weighing 3.5 kg, designed for lifting and supporting passenger cars during maintenance tasks. The unit uses a screw-operated mechanism with a fine thread for controlled, accurate lifting and features a swivel head with a rubber pad to protect vehicle surfaces. Constructed from powder-coated steel with a solid base, the jack delivers improved stability while remaining lightweight and portable. A ratchet wrench with a direction switch is included for convenient screw operation, and a storage bag allows easy transport and compact storage when folded.

Advantages

The screw-operated fine thread mechanism provides precise load control and gradual lift adjustment without abrupt movements. Durable powder-coated steel construction and a reinforced base improve strength and stability under load. The swivel head with rubber pad reduces the risk of scratches and paint damage to the vehicle's underside. The included ratchet wrench with direction switch simplifies operation, while the compact folded size and supplied storage bag enhance portability and storage convenience.

Suitable for

• Tire changes and seasonal wheel swaps on passenger cars
• Light brake maintenance and inspection tasks
• Underbody access for minor repairs and inspections
• Use in garages, home workshops and roadside emergency situations

Key specifications

• Weight: 3.5 kg
• Lifting mechanism: screw-operated with fine thread for controlled lift
• Material: powder-coated steel construction
• Base: solid, reinforced base for improved stability
• Head: swivel head with rubber pad to protect vehicle surfaces
• Operation accessory: ratchet wrench with direction switch
• Portability: foldable design and storage bag included

How to use

Position the jack on a firm, level surface and locate a suitable lifting point on the vehicle as specified by the vehicle manufacturer. Unfold the jack and place the swivel head beneath the lifting point with the rubber pad aligned to protect painted surfaces. Use the ratchet wrench to turn the screw mechanism in the required direction, raising the vehicle gradually until the desired height is reached. For support during maintenance, ensure the jack is steady on its base and the load is balanced. To lower the vehicle, reverse the ratchet direction and lower the screw slowly to avoid sudden drops. After use, fold the jack, secure it in the storage bag and store in a dry place.

Usage recommendations

Always consult the vehicle manufacturer’s lifting points and load limits before use, and never exceed the jack’s rated capacity. Use the jack on solid, level ground and avoid soft or uneven surfaces. For extended work beneath the vehicle, pair the jack with appropriate axle stands or supports rated for the vehicle’s weight. Inspect the jack, screw mechanism and rubber pad for wear or damage before each use and keep the ratchet wrench and moving parts clean and lubricated for reliable operation.
