Vehicle Jack AWTools AW20012 13 kg for Safe Lifting
Vehicle Jack AWTools AW20012 13 kg for Safe Lifting
The AWTools AW20012 vehicle jack is a hydraulic trolley jack designed for safe and controlled lifting of cars, including low-clearance and sports vehicles. Made of durable carbon steel with a powder coated finish, this 13 kg jack combines solid construction with practical mobility features. It includes a swivel saddle with 360° rotation and a rubber guard to protect vehicle surfaces during lifting. A built-in safety valve prevents overloading and contributes to safer workshop operations.
The jack's carbon steel construction and powder coating provide resistance to wear and corrosion for long service life. Two fixed wheels and two swivel castors, together with the supplied pumping lever, allow precise positioning and easy manoeuvring under a vehicle. The integrated carry handle simplifies transport, while the swivel saddle and rubber guard reduce the risk of scratching or damaging vehicle bodywork during use. The built-in safety valve enhances operator safety by preventing overextension or overload.
Position the jack on a firm, level surface and approach the vehicle at the manufacturer-recommended lifting point. Use the pumping lever to raise the saddle until it contacts the vehicle lifting point; then continue pumping until the required lift height is reached. The swivel saddle helps align the contact surface; ensure the rubber guard is correctly seated to protect paintwork. Lower the vehicle by slowly releasing the hydraulic pressure according to the jack's control mechanism. Always support the lifted vehicle with appropriate jack stands before performing work underneath.
Use the jack on a flat, stable surface and verify vehicle manufacturer lifting points before operation. Do not exceed the jack's safe lifting capacity and always use additional support stands when working under a vehicle. Regularly inspect the jack for hydraulic leaks, wheel condition, and proper function of the safety valve. Store in a dry place to preserve the powder coated finish and prevent corrosion.
