Glue & paint roller AWTools AW23542, weight 2.1 kg
The AWTools AW23542 glue and paint roller is a manual applicator designed for controlled spreading of adhesives and paints on flat surfaces. Constructed with a durable rectangular cast made of high-quality PVC, this roller offers structural strength while remaining lightweight at 2.1 kg. The design supports both renovation and craft activities as well as small professional tasks that require even coverage and reliable handling.
The roller’s PVC construction provides resistance to common jobsite wear and facilitates cleaning after use. Four integrated handles make lifting and transporting the tool straightforward, while the reinforced bottom increases durability when placed on rough surfaces or used to carry materials. With an 80-litre capacity the roller can also serve as a temporary container for mixing or pouring site materials and for collecting waste during works.
Place an appropriate quantity of adhesive or paint into the roller tray and use a matching roller cover to spread the material evenly across the surface. When using the product as a mixing or pouring container, ensure material compatibility with PVC and avoid high-temperature or highly aggressive chemical substances. Carry the unit using the integrated handles and keep it level during transport to prevent spillage. After use, remove residual material and wash the roller with suitable cleaning agents compatible with the applied product.
For best results, use roller covers and application tools that match the viscosity of the adhesive or paint. Avoid prolonged contact with solvents that may affect PVC, and inspect the reinforced bottom for wear if used frequently for mixing or carrying abrasive materials.
