The Axagon EE25-SLC is a lightweight, screwless 2.5" HDD/SSD enclosure designed for one Serial ATA III (SATA 6G) 2.5" drive. It uses a double-sided USB Type-C connector and supports USB 3.2 Gen 1 (USB 3.0) data transfer, offering compatibility with modern SSDs and portable hard drives. The enclosure features a plastic body with foam padding to secure the drive and a finely knurled, scratch-resistant cover surface.

Advantages

The enclosure provides SATA 6G transfer speeds with UASP support and TRIM support to help maintain SSD performance. S.M.A.R.T. information can be read for drive monitoring, and hibernation is supported for both the connected disk and the enclosure.
