Rectangular baking mold with high rounded walls, designed for both sweet and savory bakes. The black metal pan has a non-stick coating that helps release cakes, quiches, casseroles and pizzas more easily and simplifies cleaning. Dimensions are approximately 29 x 19 x 3 cm and maximum heat resistance is 260 °C.
The non-stick surface reduces the need for extra fat and allows baked goods to come out cleanly without sticking. High rounded edges help contain fillings and give an even crust all around. The metal construction ensures consistent heat distribution for uniform browning.
This mold is relatively shallow (about 3 cm) so it is not ideal for very deep casseroles or high rising breads that require greater depth. The non-stick coating can be damaged by metal utensils or abrasive cleaners, so careful handling is required to preserve the surface.
Lightly grease the surface if desired, place the prepared batter or filling into the mold and put it in a preheated oven at the recipe’s recommended temperature (not exceeding 260 °C).
