Tilting Joining Plate Kit B-TECH SYSTEM X – column mount, metal, black, 335.8×120×188.7 mm, supports 1 display, 50 kg
Tilting Joining Plate Kit B-TECH SYSTEM X is a metal column-mount accessory in black designed to join BT8390 mounting rails to BT8380 vertical columns and to provide an adjustable tilt for a single display. The plate measures 335.8 × 120 × 188.7 mm and supports up to 50 kg. Supplied as one piece per pack, the unit is TUV/cTUVus certified and intended for secure mounting in retail, office, signage, broadcast and control room installations where alignment and tilt of the top screen row are required.
The joining plate enables precise alignment between a top row of screens and the screens below by offering up to 30° of adjustable tilt and clearly marked angle and distance guides for straightforward installation. Its metal housing in black provides a robust, durable mount suitable for fixed, freestanding or mobile stands while supporting a single display up to 50 kg. The plate’s compatibility with System X rails and columns allows flexible positioning at any height on the column or at any point along the rail to meet site-specific layout requirements.
Position the joining plate at the desired height on a BT8380 vertical column and attach the BT8390 mounting rail to the plate following the angle and distance guides molded into the plate. Secure fasteners according to the mounting rail and column instructions, ensuring the plate is tightened and the connection is stable before attaching a display. Adjust the tilt up to 30° to align the top row with lower screens; verify mechanical fixings and cable routing after adjustment. Always observe the maximum weight limit of 50 kg for a single display.
Use the joining plate in combination with System X BT8380 columns and BT8390 rails for guaranteed fit and performance. For installations in control rooms or broadcast environments, perform a dry-fit to set tilt angles and check sightlines before final tightening. Ensure installers follow local safety standards and the display manufacturer’s mounting guidance to avoid exceeding the weight capacity.
