How to use

Hold the Bahco P-MEC charcoal pencil at different angles to achieve varied line widths and tonal effects: use the tip for precise, thin lines and the side of the core for broader shading. Layer strokes lightly when building tones, and blend with a stump or finger for smooth transitions; erase selectively with a kneaded eraser to lift highlights.

Store the pencil in a dry place to preserve the core quality. When working on finished pieces, fixative spray can be applied sparingly to reduce smudging. Pair the Bahco P-MEC with quality sketch paper for best contrast and control.
