Cable clamp Baks 15 UEF 405615 — metal cable holder for routing and fixation

Baks cable clamp 15 UEF 405615 is a metal cable holder designed for routing and securing cables in electrical installations. The clamp provides mechanical fixation for cable runs, allowing tidy organization of wiring in distribution panels, trunking, cable trays or directly on mounting surfaces. Constructed from metal for strength and long-term durability, this cable holder is intended for use where stable support and reliable fastening of single or grouped cables are required.

Advantages

The metal construction offers increased mechanical strength compared with plastic clamps and resists deformation under load. Its design enables secure clamping of conductor bundles while minimizing movement and vibration. The product supports straightforward installation and provides consistent positioning of cables, which helps maintain safety clearances and facilitates maintenance or future modifications.

Suitable for

• Organizing power, control and communication cables in electrical panels
• Securing cable runs inside trunking and conduit systems
• Fixating wiring along walls, frames or equipment racks
• Professional installation and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial projects

Key specifications

• Material: metal construction for mechanical durability
• Intended cable type: single or grouped electrical and communication cables
• Typical mounting: screw or bolt attachment to flat surfaces or frames
• Function: fixed routing and mechanical support of cable runs

How to use

Select an appropriate mounting location that provides support and access for the routed cables. Position the clamp around the cable or cable bundle, align the clamp base with the mounting surface and secure it using a compatible screw or bolt. Ensure the clamped cables are not under excessive tension and that the clamp does not compress conductors beyond manufacturer-recommended limits for the cable insulation. Verify mechanical stability after installation and route additional clamps at regular intervals for long cable runs.

Usage recommendations

For durable results, use corrosion-resistant fasteners where the environment is humid or exposed to chemicals. Space clamps at appropriate intervals to prevent sagging and avoid overtightening to protect cable insulation. Inspect clamps periodically as part of routine maintenance to ensure continued fixation and replace if signs of deformation or corrosion appear.
