Frying Pan Ballarini Salina Ø26 cm with a 4.5 mm thick aluminium body and a 0.5 mm stainless steel layer offers durable nonstick performance for everyday cooking. The 7-layer Granite Ti-X coating is reinforced with titanium for long wear resistance and easy food release, while the sun-shaped base ensures fast and efficient heat transfer on compatible hobs, including induction. The riveted stainless steel handle remains cool in use and has a hanging loop. Dishwasher-safe on a gentle cycle at 50°C. Warranty: 10 years.
Large 26 cm surface and a thick 4.5 mm body provide stable heat distribution and reduce hotspots. The Granite Ti-X 7-layer nonstick coating with titanium reinforcement increases durability and simplifies cleaning. The sun-shaped base improves contact with the hob for quick heating on induction and other stovetops. Riveted stainless steel handle stays cool and includes a loop for convenient storage. Suitable for low-fat or oil-free frying thanks to the scratch-resistant nonstick surface.
Use the pan on gas, electric, ceramic or induction hobs. Preheat briefly on medium heat and add little or no oil for low-fat frying. Cook eggs, fish and other delicate foods directly on the nonstick surface for easier release. Avoid cutting food in the pan and use wooden or special plastic spatulas to protect the coating. After use, allow the pan to cool before cleaning; wash gently by hand or place on a gentle 50°C dishwasher cycle.
To prolong the life of the Granite Ti-X coating, avoid metal utensils and high, prolonged dry heat. Use wooden or heat-resistant plastic spatulas and clean with non-abrasive tools. Note that product colour may vary from images; the description is general and may not list every feature.
