The Ballarini Rialto wok Ø28 cm combines a wide cooking surface with curved sides and durable construction to support stir-frying, sautéing and steaming. The pan features an ultra-durable KERAVIS nonstick coating that is free from heavy metals and nickel, allowing cooking with little or no added fat and simplifying cleaning. A three-layer ceramic-reinforced nonstick surface tolerates use with metal utensils and promotes even heat distribution. The ergonomic handle includes Thermopoint® technology — a heat indicator dot that changes colour from green to red when the pan reaches cooking temperature, helping to avoid overheating and prolonging coating life. The wok is made in Italy and is suitable for common household heat sources.

How to use

Before first use wash the wok in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Heat the wok on a compatible heat source and watch the Thermopoint® on the handle; when the dot turns from green to red the wok has reached cooking temperature. Reduce the flame or heat slightly after the indicator turns red to maintain steady cooking without overheating. Use wooden, silicone or metal utensils as needed — the ceramic-reinforced nonstick surface tolerates metal tools, but avoiding aggressive scraping will prolong the coating life. After cooking allow the pan to cool before washing; the wok can be cleaned in a dishwasher or by hand.

Usage recommendations

To preserve the coating and extend product life, avoid prolonged dry heating at maximum power and do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool. If using in the oven, do not exceed 160°C. Colour of the actual item may vary from images.
