Ballarini FERG5F0.28U is a 28 cm frying pan with a 4 mm wall thickness designed for everyday frying and searing. The aluminium core with a bimetallic steel base ensures quick heating and even heat distribution, making the pan suitable for regular home cooking on all hob types including induction. The five-layer nonstick coating reinforced with mineral particles provides durable food release and allows cooking with little or no added fat. The ergonomic handle features Thermopoint® technology — a coloured dot that changes from green to red when the pan reaches cooking temperature. Made in Italy; dishwasher safe.

How to use

Preheat the pan until the Thermopoint® indicator changes from green to red, then reduce the heat to the required cooking level. Use the pan for frying, searing and sautéing with little or no added fat thanks to the nonstick coating. For use on induction, ensure the hob is compatible and place the pan centrally on the cooking zone. Avoid prolonged dry heating at maximum power to protect the coating.

Usage recommendations

To preserve the nonstick coating, avoid cutting food directly in the pan and prefer silicone, wooden or plastic utensils. Although dishwasher safe, hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent will extend the life of the coating. Do not exceed the specified oven temperature (160°C) and reduce flame once the Thermopoint® indicates readiness to minimise heat stress.
