The Barox VI-3002 is a compact wired network repeater for 10/100 Mbps Ethernet networks. It extends link reach by joining two or more UTP Cat5/6 cables and supports Power over Ethernet in PoE, PoE+ and PoE++ modes. The device complies with IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3u and IEEE 802.3at standards, requires no software configuration and has low typical power consumption of 1 W.

How to use

Place the VI-3002 inline between two UTP Cat5/6 cable runs by connecting the cables to the repeater ports. Power and PoE pass through according to the connected equipment and supported PoE class. Multiple repeaters may be cascaded to achieve the required extended reach.
