Rear bicycle basket Basil CENTO NEO, 21L MultiSystem NX, silvergreen

Basil CENTO NEO is a rear bicycle basket with a 21‑liter capacity designed for secure mounting on a rear carrier using the MultiSystem NX attachment. Finished in silvergreen, this rack-mounted basket is intended for everyday use and provides space for shopping, commuting items, and light cargo while maintaining a low-profile appearance compatible with a wide range of bicycle styles.

Advantages

The basket offers a practical 21 L volume that balances carrying capacity with compact dimensions to avoid affecting bike handling. The MultiSystem NX mounting system provides a reliable connection to standard rear carriers, enabling quick installation and removal while keeping the load stable during rides. The silvergreen finish is neutral and resistant to visible dirt, making the basket suitable for regular urban use.

Suitable for

• Daily shopping and market trips
• Commuting items such as a small bag, lunch or work supplies
• Carrying lightweight parcels or goods for short distances
• Integrating with rear rack systems that accept MultiSystem NX attachments

When it may not be suitable

This rear basket is not intended for transporting heavy or oversized loads; the 21 L capacity and rack-mounted design are optimized for light to moderate weight only. If you regularly carry bulky items, a larger pannier system or dedicated cargo trailer may be more appropriate. The basket’s mounting depends on a compatible rear carrier that supports the MultiSystem NX, so it may not fit bikes without a suitable rack.
