Liquid Eyeliner BELL 02 Shiny Turquoise with shimmer — 2.6 g

BELL Liquid Eyeliner 02 Shiny Turquoise with shimmer is a 2.6 g liquid eyeliner formulated to deliver a vivid turquoise shade with a glossy, light-reflecting finish. The fine applicator is designed for precise placement along the lash line to create defined accents, thin or bold lines, and enhanced eye contours. The shimmer particles add subtle sparkle suitable for both daytime and evening looks while maintaining the color intensity of the turquoise pigment.

Advantages

The formula provides even, pigmented coverage with a glossy sheen and visible shimmer particles that catch light without flaking. The narrow felt-tip applicator allows controlled, accurate strokes for classic or graphic eyeliner styles. Lightweight texture dries to a long-lasting finish that preserves the brightness of the turquoise color throughout wear.

Suitable for

• Defining the upper and lower lash lines with a colored, glossy finish
• Creating thin precision lines or thicker graphic eyeliner looks
• Adding a shimmer accent to neutral or bold eye makeup
• Everyday wear and special occasion makeup that requires vivid turquoise colour

When it may not be suitable

This eyeliner may not be ideal for users seeking a completely matte or completely waterproof formula; its glossy, shimmer finish is intended to reflect light rather than remain fully matte. Individuals with very sensitive eyes or known sensitivities to shimmer ingredients should test the product on a small skin area or consult ingredient information before full use.

Key specifications

• Net weight: 2.6 g
• Colour: shiny turquoise with visible shimmer

How to use

Shake gently before use to distribute shimmer particles evenly. Starting at the inner corner of the eye, glide the fine applicator along the lash line using short, controlled strokes. Build line thickness by layering single strokes until the desired intensity is achieved. Allow the product to dry for a few seconds to set and avoid smudging. Remove with an appropriate eye makeup remover at the end of the day.

What to consider before purchase

• Desired finish: glossy shimmer rather than matte
• Suitability for sensitive eyes—check full ingredient list if you have sensitivities
• Preferred line style—fine felt-tip is optimized for precision lines
• Intended longevity—suitable for long-lasting colour but not specifically marketed as waterproof

Usage recommendations

For precise results, rest your elbow on a flat surface while applying and warm the applicator by drawing a few test strokes on the back of your hand first. Pair with neutral eyeshadows to let the turquoise shimmer stand out or combine with complementary tones for a bold, coordinated look.
