Made from lightweight recycled aluminium with a high-quality CeraGreen ceramic non-stick coating, this covered casserole offers fast, even heat distribution on all stovetops including induction. The clear glass lid includes an integrated air duct and drain hole for easy straining and a special knob with a spoon-rest function. Stay-cool handles let you move the casserole from stove to table without discomfort. The casserole is ovenproof up to 180°C / 356°F and designed for energy-efficient cooking.

How to use

Use on all stovetops including induction. Preheat gently and avoid high empty-heat settings to preserve the ceramic coating.
