How to use

Before first use, remove all labels and wash the cookware with mild detergent and water, then dry with a soft towel. Attach the removable handle securely when cooking on the hob and remove it before placing items in the oven. Use low to medium heat for most cooking tasks to take advantage of the even heat distribution; high heat is unnecessary thanks to aluminium’s thermal conductivity. Allow hot cookware to cool to room temperature before cleaning and avoid rapid cooling with cold water.

Usage recommendations

To preserve the non-stick marble coating, use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils and clean with a soft sponge and mild detergent. Avoid metal scourers and abrasive cleaners. Although the set can be washed in a dishwasher, gentle low-temperature programs and non-corrosive detergents are recommended; frequent dishwasher use is not advised to maintain the exterior finish and coating performance.
