Inside the pan there is a practical measurement scale that helps determine the amount of liquid added precisely. The high-quality capsule base (stainless steel - aluminium - stainless steel) ensures even heat distribution and is suitable for use on all types of cooktops, including induction. The pan is oven-safe up to 160 °C and dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. This type of pan is available in 20 cm and 24 cm sizes.
The pan combines durable stainless steel construction with a multilayer capsule base for uniform heating. The cool-to-touch stainless steel handles and a glass lid with steam vent allow safe and convenient cooking monitoring.
