How to use

Use the pan on any hob, including induction. Preheat over medium heat and use utensils suitable for non-stick surfaces to preserve the quartz coating. The pan and glass lid can be transferred to the oven up to 220 °C; for higher oven temperatures remove the lid and keep exposure under 400 °C. After cooking, allow the pan to cool before washing.
