Bestway Aquacrawl Pool Vacuum Cleaner
The Bestway Aquacrawl Pool Vacuum Cleaner is a maintenance kit designed for light pool cleaning. It includes an extendable four-section aluminum pole, a 6 m (19.7') vacuum hose with 3.2 cm (1.25") diameter, three adapters to connect to different pool types and filter pump systems, and a removable reusable debris and leaf bag. Two angled conversion nozzles are provided, one fitted with a brush for scrubbing surfaces. The kit is intended for above-ground pools up to approximately 4.57 m (15') in diameter and works with filter pumps that provide a flow of about 2,006 l/h or higher.
The kit offers a lightweight aluminum pole that assembles into four sections for adjustable reach and compact storage. The extra-long 6 m hose provides extended cleaning radius without frequent repositioning of the pump connection. Multiple adapters make the vacuum compatible with a range of pool fittings and filter pump systems. The removable debris bag captures leaves and larger particles for easy disposal and the brush-equipped nozzle helps remove algae and dirt from pool walls and floors. Overall, the vacuum is a simple-to-use, reusable solution for routine maintenance of small to medium above-ground pools.
Assemble the aluminum pole by connecting the four sections until they click into place. Attach the desired angled nozzle or brush head to the pole end. Connect the 6 m vacuum hose to the nozzle and to the appropriate adapter for your pool or pump inlet. Secure the adapter to the pump suction or skimmer according to the pump manufacturer instructions. Submerge the hose to expel air, then start the filter pump to create suction; move the vacuum head across the pool floor and walls at a steady pace to collect debris into the bag. Periodically stop and empty the removable debris bag into a trash receptacle and reattach before resuming cleaning.
For best results, use the vacuum with a filter pump rated at or above 2,006 l/h and clean out the debris bag regularly to maintain suction. Avoid using on very deep pools or heavy sediment; for thick algae or heavy dirt, pre-treat surfaces and brush loosened debris before vacuuming. Rinse components after use and store the pole and hose dry to extend service life.
