How to use

Place the cuff on the upper arm so that it fits snugly at a 22–36 cm circumference and position the monitor at heart level. Switch on the device and select the user memory if needed. Start a measurement and remain still and silent while the device automatically inflates, measures and deflates. Read systolic and diastolic pressure and pulse on the XL illuminated display. Use the memory recall to view stored readings or the automatic averaging function to check the average of all stored values and the morning/evening averages for the last seven days.

Usage recommendations

For consistent tracking, measure at the same times each day (for example morning and evening), use the same arm, and sit relaxed with the cuff at heart level. Ensure correct cuff placement to avoid application errors and follow the device voice prompts if enabled.
