How to use

Fill the lower chamber with water up to the safety valve level, add ground barley coffee into the filter funnel without tamping, assemble the moka pot and place it on a low to medium heat. When the beverage starts to flow into the upper chamber, remove from heat and serve once bubbling stops. Allow to cool slightly before opening and handle with care as metal parts will be hot.

Usage recommendations

For best results use medium-fine ground barley suitable for moka pots, clean the moka pot after each use with warm water (no detergents), and avoid dishwasher use to preserve the aluminum finish and painted decoration.
