How to use

Fill the Moka boiler with room-temperature water up to the level of the safety valve and do not exceed that level. Select ground coffee specifically ground for a Moka pot (not overly fine) and loosely fill the funnel without tamping. Assemble the parts, place the coffee maker on low heat and wait until the coffee has fully risen into the collection chamber; then remove from heat. Pour into a cup immediately to best appreciate the aroma.

Usage recommendations

Use low heat and allow a few extra minutes for extraction to enhance flavour. Always use coffee ground for Moka pots and avoid overfilling the water chamber above the safety valve.
