How to use

Pour cold water into the lower boiler up to the level of the safety valve; do not exceed this mark to avoid watery coffee. Add ground coffee specifically intended for Moka pots into the funnel, filling it generously but without tamping. Assemble the coffee maker and place it on low heat. Allow the coffee to rise slowly into the collection chamber; when extraction is complete and the chamber is filled, remove from heat. Pour immediately into a cup to preserve the aromas.

Usage recommendations

Use a grind suited for Moka pots (not too fine), keep the heat low for a slower extraction and best flavour, and serve the coffee immediately after brewing to enjoy the full aroma.
