The BIALETTI NEW VENUS 4-cup Induction stovetop espresso maker is a compact coffee brewer designed to produce up to four small cups of concentrated, espresso-style coffee. It preserves the classic moka pot design with a lower water chamber, a filter funnel for finely ground coffee, and an upper collecting chamber. Designed for use on induction cooktops as well as conventional gas and electric hobs, this model combines traditional moka extraction with modern stovetop compatibility for small households and home kitchens.
The BIALETTI NEW VENUS is built to deliver consistent pressure-based extraction using the moka principle, producing a rich and concentrated coffee. Its compact 4-cup capacity is suitable for everyday home use and kitchens with limited space. The model is compatible with induction cooktops, allowing use with modern ranges while keeping the familiar filling, brewing and pouring workflow of a moka pot. The design offers straightforward assembly and cleaning, and the spout and lid are shaped to facilitate controlled pouring.
Fill the lower chamber with hot or cold water up to the pressure valve level, place a measured dose of medium-fine ground coffee into the filter funnel without tamping, and assemble the unit tightly. Place the moka pot on an appropriate burner and heat until coffee begins to flow into the upper chamber; then remove from heat when the flow becomes intermittent to avoid overheating. Hold the handle and pour directly from the spout into cups. Allow components to cool before disassembly and cleaning.
Use freshly ground coffee suited for moka preparation and avoid overfilling the filter. Clean the moka pot regularly by rinsing with warm water and avoiding abrasive detergents; check seals and the safety valve periodically for proper function. When using induction, ensure contact with the cooktop is stable and use a burner size appropriate to the pot base.
