How to use

Remove the cup support base (upper part) then rotate the lower heater section clockwise to separate it. Fill the heater with cold water up to the safety valve level. Insert the funnel filter and fill it with Moka-ground coffee without tamping; avoid leaving grounds on the rim. Reassemble by rotating the heater counterclockwise until tightened, without forcing. Place the assembled Moka pot on the heat source with the cups positioned under the column on the support base. For gas flames, ensure the flame does not extend beyond the pot rim; for electric or ceramic plates, avoid the highest heat setting. When brewing finishes, remove from heat and serve from the cups warmed by the support plate.

Usage recommendations

After each use rinse the Mini Express with water only; do not use detergents. Do not wash in a dishwasher, as detergents and dishwasher cycles can damage the aluminium finish and affect coffee flavour.
