How to use

Fill the lower chamber with water up to the safety valve, add medium-fine ground coffee to the filter funnel without tamping, and assemble the pot by screwing the top and bottom parts together until sealed. Place the moka pot on a low-to-medium flame on gas or on a suitable electric hob setting; avoid high heat to prevent overheating. As coffee begins to flow into the upper chamber, reduce heat and remove the pot from the hob once the gurgling sound slows. Pour immediately and rinse all components with warm water after use; allow to dry thoroughly before storing.

Usage recommendations

For best results, use freshly ground coffee intended for moka or espresso preparation and a water temperature slightly below boiling when possible.
