The BIALETTI Exclusive induction plate is a 13 cm diameter steel disc with a cream-coloured solid surface and a sturdy handle. It is designed to sit under small cookware so that moka pots, small pans and other delicate cookware can be used safely on induction hobs or to protect the cooking surface. The plate is made entirely of thick steel to ensure efficient and even heat transmission.

Advantages

Its compact 13 cm size and cream-coloured finish match the BIALETTI Exclusive line and make it suitable for moka pots from 1 to 9 cups as well as small pots and pans.
