How to use

Attach the BIQU Panda build plate to the printer’s magnet or mounting plate according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the surface is clean and free of oil or debris before installation. Select the texture side appropriate for your filament and part requirements, level or auto-home the printer, and perform any required mesh or first-layer calibration. For most prints, preheat the bed and nozzle to filament-recommended temperatures, start the print, and allow the part to cool before attempting removal to aid release from the textured PEI surface.

Usage recommendations

For reliable adhesion and easy part release: clean the selected textured surface with isopropyl alcohol before printing, use moderate bed temperatures for PLA and slightly higher settings for PETG, and wait for the bed to cool before removing parts. If adhesion is insufficient, try the alternate texture side, adjust first-layer height, or apply a light adhesion aid compatible with PEI.
