Manual Air Release Valve G1/4 (2-pack) BitsPower Touchaqua TA-EXAIR-GB
Manual Air Release Valve G1/4 (2-pack) BitsPower Touchaqua TA-EXAIR-GB
BitsPower Touchaqua Manual Air Release Valve G1/4 (2-pack) is a compact G1/4 threaded vent designed for liquid cooling loops. It enables manual extraction of trapped air from coolant circuits, offering a straightforward and serviceable solution for bleeding radiators, reservoirs and tubing assemblies during filling, maintenance or troubleshooting. The two-valve pack provides redundancy and flexibility when planning or modifying a cooling loop.
The valve features a simple mechanical design that is easy to operate and service, reducing the need for complex tools or procedures. Its G1/4 threading ensures compatibility with standard fittings used in custom water cooling systems. The small form factor allows placement in tight spaces such as near radiators or on reservoirs, while the manual operation gives precise control over air release during system fill and maintenance.
Install the valve into any G1/4 threaded port on a radiator, reservoir or tubing adapter, ensuring a secure seal with appropriate thread tape or sealing washer as required by your system. During filling or maintenance, open the valve slowly to allow trapped air to escape while monitoring coolant flow; close the valve once only liquid is observed. During regular operation, keep the valve closed to maintain system integrity and prevent leaks.
Place the valve at a high point in the loop where air naturally accumulates, and use both valves where separate bleed points are beneficial. Inspect seals periodically and avoid overtightening to prevent damage to threads or valve components.
