Plastic vehicle ramps Bituxx JBC-TRD2005, load capacity 3 t, set of 2
Set of two plastic vehicle ramps Bituxx JBC-TRD2005, each rated for a load capacity of 3 tonnes, designed to lift one axle of a car to provide easier access for maintenance, tyre changes and inspections. The ramps are intended for use in garages, at home and in light workshops where a compact, corrosion-resistant solution is needed for working at low lift heights. The stepped profile and wide wheel channels stabilise wheel positioning while the robust plastic construction offers resistance to oil and moisture compared with untreated metal ramps.
The lightweight plastic design makes the ramps easy to carry and position while remaining strong enough to support vehicles up to the specified load. Wide wheel grooves and a gradual incline reduce the risk of wheel slippage and allow controlled ascent. The material resists corrosion, so the ramps do not require frequent surface treatments and remain suitable for outdoor storage when necessary. A compact footprint simplifies storage in home garages or workshop cabinets.
Place ramps on a flat, level and stable surface. Align the vehicle so the wheel approaches the ramp centrally, then drive slowly up until the wheel rests securely in the wheel channel. Engage the parking brake and, where available, chock the opposite wheels before working under the vehicle. Use the ramps to lift only one axle at a time and avoid sudden movements; always verify that the vehicle is stable on the ramps before starting any maintenance work.
Check the vehicle weight per axle to ensure it does not exceed the ramp capacity. Inspect ramps for visible damage or deformation before each use, and avoid using them on soft or unstable ground. For prolonged or elevated work, supplement ramps with appropriate axle stands or jacks rated for the vehicle and follow the vehicle manufacturer's lifting instructions.
