The SLP-DX220 wristband and barcode label printer offers reliable direct thermal printing for order labels, wristbands and general barcode needs. It delivers up to 6 ips (152 mm/s) print speed, supports fast processing of various label types and is compatible with common label programming languages. The printer includes automatic media detection and comes with Label Artist™ software for label design and database connection.

Advantages

The device features Smart Media Detection™ for automatic recognition of gap media, black mark media and short-length media, reducing setup errors. It provides a dual-interface option with standard Serial + USB and optional Ethernet, WLAN and USB connectivity. User-friendly mechanics include easy paper loading with an adjustable paper guide and pause/cancel function keys. The SLP-DX220 is compatible with SLCS, BPL-Z™ and BPL-E™ programming languages and is bundled with Label Artist™ label design software.

How to use

Load thermal label roll into the printer and adjust the paper guide to fit label width, then close the cover. Connect the printer via the chosen interface (Serial, USB, Ethernet or WLAN) and install drivers and Label Artist™ software. Configure media type detection in settings if necessary; the Smart Media Detection™ will automatically recognise gap, black mark or short-length media. Use the pause and cancel keys on the panel to control or stop printing jobs as needed.
