The Bixolon SLP-DX223 is a compact direct thermal label printer designed for wristband, order and barcode labeling. It delivers 300 x 300 DPI resolution and a print speed up to 100 mm/sec (approx. 4 ips), supporting media widths from 15 to 60 mm and offering Ethernet LAN connectivity in a black housing suited to retail and healthcare environments.

Smart Media Detection™ automatically recognises gap media, black mark media and short-length labels to reduce setup time. Dual-interface options provide flexible connectivity: serial + USB as standard, with Ethernet available. The SLP-DX223 is compatible with common printer command languages (SLCS, BPL-Z™, BPL-E™) and includes Bixolon Label Artist™ software for label design, database connection and 1D/2D barcode printing.
