The Bixolon XM7-20 is a compact mobile label printer that uses direct thermal printing and supports liner and linerless labels. It prints at 203 x 203 dpi with a maximum print width of 48 mm and a top speed of up to 152 mm/s (6 ips). Designed for field use, the XM7-20 offers IP54 protection, 2.1 m drop resistance and a smart USB Type-C rechargeable battery with battery health monitoring via BIXOLON’s XPM™ web-based management software.

How to use

Load a roll of thermal label media (25–58 mm width, max 57 mm diameter) into the media compartment according to the user manual, then close the cover. Power the device using the built-in rechargeable battery and charge via the USB Type-C port. Select the required interface (USB, serial, Bluetooth or WLAN) and pair the device with your host system; NFC is available for simplified Bluetooth pairing. Use supported command languages or label software (Label Artist™, Label Artist Mobile™, BarTender®) to format labels and send print jobs. For SAP environments, use SAP® Smart Forms direct printing support.
