The BIXOLON XT3-40 is an entry-level 4-inch (114 mm) thermal transfer label printer designed for industrial environments. It delivers up to 8 ips (203 mm/s) at 203 dpi, offers compact all-metal construction with a double-folding door, side-loading media path and a 2.4-inch full-colour LCD. The printer supports optional peeler, auto cutter and a factory-installed rewinder with peeler options, and accepts ribbons up to 450 m.

How to use

Install the XT3-40 on a stable surface with adequate ventilation and route power and wired network connections as required. Open the double-folding door and load media via the side-loading path; install the ribbon (up to 450 m) and close the door. Configure print settings on the 2.4-inch display or via connected software using supported printer languages. Select optional functions such as peeler, cutter or rewinder in the printer menu or during setup in the label software.

Usage recommendations

For consistent print quality, use recommended thermal transfer ribbons and label media, perform regular toolless cleaning of the print head and rollers, and keep firmware and management software (XPM™ / XCM™) up to date. Place the printer in environments protected from excessive dust and moisture to prolong service life.
