How to use

Set the pole length by releasing the FlickLock lever and sliding the upper or lower segment until the desired length (100–140 cm) is reached, then reclose the lever securely. Fit the adjustable webbing strap so your hand rests comfortably against the EVA-foam handle while the strap supports part of the load. Use a slightly shorter length for uphill sections and slightly longer length for descents to maintain balance. Replace or fit the appropriate tip or basket for soft ground or snow; ensure tips are tightened before use.

Usage recommendations
