Cable staples BLOW 50 pcs Wt.SAT F for RG6 6.8mm/18mm 1PH
Pack of 50 BLOW Wt.SAT "F" cable staples designed for mounting and securing RG6 coaxial cables with a conductor diameter of 6.8 mm and an outer diameter of 18 mm. These single-phase (1PH) staples combine a plastic body with metal reinforcement to provide mechanical fixation for satellite and antenna cable runs, suitable for wall or surface installation in residential and commercial environments.
The combination of plastic and metal delivers a balance between cable protection and solid holding strength while minimising damage to cable insulation. Supplied in a pack of 50, these staples allow for multiple attachment points along the cable route and reduce the need for frequent reordering. The shape and dimensions are matched to standard RG6 coaxial cables, ensuring a snug fit and consistent alignment during installation.
Position the staple over the RG6 coaxial cable at the required interval and align it so the cable sits centrally in the clip. Fix the staple to the mounting surface using an appropriate nail or screw through the provided hole, taking care not to overtighten and compress the cable. Space staples at regular intervals along the run to prevent sagging while avoiding excessive mechanical stress on the cable. For installations on fragile or thin surfaces, use suitable wall plugs or anchors to ensure a secure attachment.
Use these staples on clean, dry surfaces and select fasteners compatible with the substrate. Maintain recommended spacing (typically 30–50 cm for horizontal runs; closer for vertical or outdoor exposed sections) to preserve cable integrity and signal quality. Avoid driving the nail or screw too deep to prevent deformation of the cable sheath and ensure connectors near terminations are not under tension.
