BOXER replacement scraper blades 150 mm, pack of 2

Pack of 2 BOXER replacement scraper blades, each 150 mm wide, designed for manual scrapers used to remove paint, adhesive residues, varnish and other coatings from hard surfaces. The blades are made of durable metal and provide a straight cutting edge suitable for renovation, maintenance and cleaning tasks in workshops, construction sites and domestic projects.

Advantages

These BOXER replacement scraper blades offer a consistent, straight cutting edge and are supplied as a pack of two to ensure quick replacement when the edge becomes worn. Their 150 mm width provides broad coverage for efficient scraping while remaining manageable for detailed work. Metal construction gives strength and resistance to bending during typical scraping applications.

Suitable for

• Removing paint and varnish from wooden, metal or tiled surfaces
• Scraping off adhesive residues and dried sealants
• Preparation of surfaces before repainting or refinishing
• General workshop and construction site maintenance

When it may not be suitable

These blades are intended for use with compatible manual scrapers and are not suitable for high-speed powered tools or rotary cutters. They may not be appropriate for very soft surfaces where a gentler, non-metallic tool is required to avoid damage. Frequent use on extremely hard or abrasive materials will shorten blade life.

Key specifications

• Blade width: 150 mm
• Pack quantity: 2 blades
• Material: metal (hardened cutting edge)
• Intended use: manual scraping of paints, adhesives and coatings

How to use

Insert a blade into a compatible manual scraper according to the scraper manufacturer's instructions, ensuring the blade is locked securely before use. Hold the scraper at a low angle to the surface and apply steady pressure while moving the blade to remove paint, varnish or adhesive. Replace the blade when the cutting edge becomes dull to maintain efficient, safe scraping. Observe safe handling: avoid touching the sharp edge and store spare blades in a protective sleeve or container.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm blade compatibility with your manual scraper model
• Check that a 150 mm width suits the surfaces and access areas you will work on
• Consider the type of coatings you will remove to ensure a metal blade is appropriate

Usage recommendations

For best results use with a stable, ergonomic scraper handle, keep a spare blade on hand for quick replacement, and replace blades when edges show nicks or dullness to avoid damage to the underlying surface.
